Julie Deily, of The Little Kitchen will show you how to make wonderful potstickers at home. And bonus, they taste even better than the ones you get at restaurants!
Julie will give a quick intro to dumplings. She’ll share one of her recipes for potstickers that includes ground chicken. You’ll learn how to make the filling, what kinds of wrappers are best for making potstickers and how to pleat them. You’ll have a chance to pleat your own dumplings and take them home to enjoy later! We’ll also have a tasting so you can try the amazing dumplings as well!
We have an exciting add on for the dumpling class. Julie will teach an hourlong workshop teaching you food photography with your camera phone. You’ll an intro to the basics of food photography centered around your camera phone. Julie will demo taking photos as well as show you have to edit a photo and then you’ll get to try your hand at styling and taking photos of your dumplings!
Julie will provide props and linens from her food prop collection. The add-on class cannot be purchased separately.
