This course offers tips and tricks on how moms-to-be can eat the right foods in the right combinations for a healthy pregnancy and happy start for their little one. We will focus on essential nutrients, maintaining energy levels, stabilizing blood sugar, managing morning (or evening) sickness and making better choices to satisfy those (let’s be honest – sometimes crazy) cravings. Katinka will demonstrate 6 easy-to-make recipes and discuss lifestyle choices that nourish both you and your baby during this exciting, miraculous time.

– List of foods and herbs to avoid
• The menu is 100% gluten-free and dairy-free, but we will discuss dairy options
• The menu contains nuts and seeds and would not be suitable for a nut allergy
