Join East End’s chef in residence, Jes Tantalo, for an interactive workshop at our April 19th Evening Exchange (EvEx) event.

 

Spring is an awesome time to enjoy Florida Oysters!  In this 45 minute hands-on workshop you’ll eat plenty of oysters and Chef Jes will help you learn:

 

  • How to shuck and how eat them
  • Why oysters are all so different
  • How to prepare all the tasty accouterments 
  • How best to eat raw oysters
  • How to fry oysters, and 
  • How to broil/grill 

There are 3 different workshop times, so come early, or late, and while you’re here enjoy the many vendors, merchants and neighbors at our monthly event.

The workshop happens in our upstairs demo kitchen overlooking the APEX ballroom where the Evening Exchange takes place.
